Enjoying Moosepoint State Park ... again and again.

Our favorite spot in Maine. On a gorgeous day. Loving every minute.

We'll be back ... as always.

Hoping that you all are enjoying your favorite spots,

Jodi

P.S. Several more photos of this outing can be seen here.

Looks like an absolutely perfect day! That crab is something totally diffent than we have here on the west coast. What is he? I'm really enjoying your Isaac video's. So fun and cute~

Thanks Paula. That crab is a soft shelled crab. He would normally be red, but has somehow (I have no idea how they do this) shed his shell to make way for a new one. Some folks eat soft shelled crabs around here. And I think they are more $. I will have to learn more about it. Anyway, the soft shelled crabs tend to stay hidden in the tide pools.... and are slower and easier to catch. Also easier for the seagulls to catch :)

Thanks for writing.

Love,

Jodi
